The 800-meter-long Rumeli Hisarustu-Asiyan Funicular Line was put into service on October 28, 2022.

It will have the capacity to carry 6 thousand passengers per hour in both directions and is integrated with the Levent-Hisarustu Metro Line.

Asiyan beach can be reached in 2.5 minutes from Hisarustu. With the said line, Zincirlikuyu, Levent, Etiler and Ulus districts are connected to the sea by rail system.
